Refund policy
WARRANTY
Our massagers have a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. If you believe your massager is not operating as expected, please contact us at support and we will address it promptly.
If you find your massager has a warranty issue outside of the 1-year warranty period, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on www.DKNV.net for up to 1 years to purchase a new device. This discount is limited to one-time use only, applies only to the affected device and excludes bundles. If used in addition to other discounts or purchasing discounted products, this discount will be calculated as 50% off the non-discounted price of the item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you believe your product or order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support right away. Our manufacturers and shipping partners adhere to strict quality standards, and we are committed to providing the best products possible.
If you would like to request a return, please contact our team at support to begin the process. Please do not ship your return without first speaking to a member of the DKNV return, as we need to provide the shipping label and must be able to trace the package.
RETURN WINDOWS
- Massager returns may be initiated within 120 days of delivery
- All other product returns may be initiated within 60 days of delivery
Note: as long as your email to initiate a return is sent within the above windows, your return is valid! It does not matter if the return has shipped within the stated number of days.
Products must be in their original packaging, with the plastic wrap and/or tamper seals intact, box DKNV product box must be in good condition, no dents, no scratches free from water damage to be accepted as returns. A photograph may be requested for proof of condition.
If the returned item arrives opened, dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsellable a refund cannot be processed.
Purchases made directly from www.DKNV.net that are unopened and unusedmay be returned for a refund to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost and processing fee.
Please note return processing may take 3+ business days after the shipment is marked as "Delivered".
If a bundle is purchased, the customer may return only one product from the bundle if it meets the above conditions. The refund amount will be adjusted based on the purchase price of the individual products the customer wants to keep, and will not include any bundle discount.
Products that do not meet the above conditions may, at DKNV discretion, receive a refund in the form of a website credit which never expires. Credits are for the price of the product, and do not include shipping or shipping insurance fees.
If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
Please note shipping insurance is non-refundable once a package is marked "Delivered", or a “Lost in Transit” or “Damaged in Transit” claim is filed.
Purchases made from other vendors, such as retailers that sell Tabu products, are subject to those vendors’ policies. Other vendors’ policies will vary. Always review a vendor’s return policy before purchase.
