What is the return policy?

 Returns/ Refunds


At DKNV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we have strict return policies for certain items due to hygiene and safety concerns.


Customers cannot return personal lubricants that have been opened for a refund or exchange.


DKNV Sinner or (S)AIN’T  lube must be returned within 10 days of purchase. The product must be in the following conditions to be eligible for a return:


- It must be in its original packaging, with the plastic wrap and/or tamper seals intact.

- The DKNV product box must be in good condition.

- The bottle must not be broken, the product box many not have any dents, scratches, or water damage.

- A set of photographs may be requested to prove the condition of the box and packaging.


If the returned item arrives opened, dirty, damaged, or otherwise unsellable, a refund cannot be processed.


Purchases made directly from www.DKNV.net that are unopened, unused, and meet the above conditions may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost and processing fee.


A re-stocking fee will be charged for the return, refunds will not be 100% the purchase price.


Please note that return processing may take 3+ business days after the shipment is marked as “Delivered”.


If a bundle is purchased, the customer may return only one product from the bundle if it meets the above conditions.

Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable once a package is marked “Delivered”, or if a “Lost in Transit” or “Damaged in Transit” claim is filed.


 If your product arrives damaged or if the shipping box is opened and damaged, or if it’s marked as delivered but the item is lost or stolen, please contact your shipping company before reaching out to DKNV. Unfortunately, we can’t process returns or provide refunds for items that are damaged, lost during shipping, or has been delivered but not at the customer’s shipping address.



It’s important to note that purchases made from other vendors, such as retailers that sell DKNV products, are subject to the policies of those vendors. These policies can vary, so it’s always a good idea to review a vendor’s return policy before making a purchase.

Q. How much does shipping cost?


A. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States & Canada, and expedited 2-day shipping is $18. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands have flat rate shipping fees ranging from $5-$20, calculated by the total weight of the order, and we do not offer an expedited option to these locations.



Q.When will I receive my order?


A. DKNV cannot guarantee transit times or delivery dates. Below are the estimated transit times for orders after they have left our warehouse:

Q. Do you offer express shipping?


A. We offer expedited 2-day shipping for any orders that do not contain a massager.

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer express shipping on any orders including massagers. Due to carrier regulations, expedited (air) shipping is not available for items containing lithium batteries.


Q. What carrier do you ship with?


A. Carriers are selected based on their delivery performance to each location. Generally speaking, US orders shipped with free Standard Shipping are delivered by USPS, and Express shipping are delivered by UPS. Canadian orders are typically delivered by Canada Post.
